I’ll have a gander at that @Iron_Condor mate cheers ![]()
Was inspired by @JamesBrawn007 stubborn fat thread and gave this session a bash
Tough at the end but doable
If you’re into burpees, there’s the Baker’s Dozen, where you do 13 Burpees, walk 8 feet, turn around and walk back, then do 12, and repeat until you get down to 1. You can also do that “Juarez Valley” style, where you do 13, then 1, then 12, then 2, etc etc, until you meet in the middle. Tends to keep the challenge high through out.
Then there are “Mike Tyson Squats”. Described as

I’ve got the RKC book of workouts (or some similar name, I don’t remember exactly), that’s rammed full of kettlebell and bodyweight only stuff. I’ll happily have a quick hunt through and dig out some good ones if you’re interested.
Just catching up. You’re a stud and you’ll be good. Your main goal is weight loss, which doesn’t need a gym. Keep after it!
@T3hPwnisher what in gods name is that push up workout all about ![]()

I got to 20 minutes ffs ![]()
You’re my guy mate
Fire them up
From one stud to another ![]()
Keep going! Haha. Try for 10s next time maybe.
Love that armour building one.
Two to start with that I can do from memory: one a Dan John classic you’ve just reminded me of:
The Eagle:
8 rounds, no rest:
8 double kettlebell front racked squats
Farmers walk “a distance” (I did about 20m)
That one surprised me with how tricky it is. I used mismatched kettlebells and swapped hands after 4 rounds, that was the only rest I allowed myself.
Some silly fake macho name:
25 kettlebell swings
1 squat
24 kettlebell swings
2 squats
23 kettlebell swings
3 squats
.
.
.
1 kettlebell swing
25 squats
There’s two options here, I’ve done both and can see the benefits of either. I’ve loaded the swings up (36kg bell) and do air squats as a kind of active recovery, making it more of an interval style workout or back off on the kettlebell weight and make the squats goblet squats with the same bell (I used 24kg). Either way, you’re getting 325 swings and squats in, plenty of work there.
I actually forgot about all these KB workouts that DJ had created
I used to use the eagle with folk in an old gym I worked in, just to shock them to the core
Christ on the proverbial bike @T3hPwnisher mate, I have doms from that workout
You look like a badass viking. How heavy is this KB, this complex looked brutal!
It’s a 24kg matey
It wasn’t too bad actually bar the squats and balance
Think I can use the 28 for the next one
I’m picking up a 16 from a mate so I can use double KBs and try and use them for a longer duration
Oh yeah: lasts for about 5 days, haha.
You’re an animal, man💪🏼
Haha cheers bud
