Chong are you following any specific training plan my man or just going by feel?

How about leg training? Certainly spinning should cover the majority of that but I think you should do more posterior chain work

No specific training program with regards to exercises.

Just a loose format

PPL at the start of the session - work up to a set of 5-10. Once 10 reps achieved, weight goes up

Eg Bench, Lat Pdown, Leg Press

Then onto back, arms and chest/shoulders

3/4 sets. 2 warm up sets, last one to failure.

I use about 4 different gyms at any time so the workout is dictated by what gym I’m using at any given time

I do 1 leg exercise per session

I float between leg Press, leg ext, safety bar squat and RDL.

I also try and get KB swings in twice a week when I’m doing my rowing work.

20 inverted trx rows

Rinse and repeat

Session in before work.

Planning to get a 40 minute cycle in today as well

Fasting protocol is ticking along nicely as well.

6AM session.

Gym was pretty mobbed.

Wee bit more leg work today.

Dialled in the meal sizes this week to try and turbo charge the leaning process

Long slow steady cycle

Ended up having a few slices of pizza and some chocolate when I got home.

I feel it’s good to slip off the OMAD train and ‘reset’

Basically disgust myself back on the train by making myself sick through over indulgence.

Very effective tactic.

Me and the missus have been getting quite fed up with OMAD.

To be fair, she is and it’s having a negative influence on me.

We decided to have a wee weekend binge.

Some pizza and ice cream🤦‍♂️

The only chance I’m surviving on OMAD is to hit up the all you can eat buffet at Old Chicago for lunch every day. I can eat enough to make myself miserable which will kill my desire to eat dinner. I can almost taste it now…mmmmm.

Man, I’ve been craving pizza something fierce today.

That’s a strategy I like to employ now and again.

Even though OMAD is rigid, it still has that flexibility where it allows some guilt free gluttony😎.

To be honest mate, I battle hard with food demons.

Even that weekend I had a bar of chocolate with a tub of ice cream and was triggered into the stratosphere🤦‍♂️.

The only thing that reigns me in now is my age. I genuinely cannot put away the amount of shitty food I used to without suffering.
