What kind of heart rate monitor do you use mate? Iām not good with technology or thinking or anything, butnif Iām going to do some regular cardio, it would be nice to have some nice little pictures to look at after.

Logging drop sets and pump work seems pointless at this point and Iām trying to get in and out as quickly as possible

This will allow me to focus on hard training without stressing over not giving my muscles enough attention.

Same. My favorite stuff was the old-school one body part a day workouts. Super friendly to travel, too (not that that will ever be a factor again) - you know when youāve smoked a muscle. Similar to your same needs with time restrictions.

The split is more a means to an end and as always, taking the stress out of training
Iām a big fan of workouts with a single focus like this, whether itās a movement or a muscle. Makes it easier to know what you want done in a session.
