What I’m seeing is lots of focused exercise, lots of daily NEPA, and a controlled, methodical diet.

How do you feel on this low-calorie diet - energy, recovery, etc.?

To be honest @TriednTrue I don’t have time to feel anything.

I never think ā€˜I’m tired’. I just power through.

I can train fasted or with a full belly.

The key is to train and temper the voices in my head. I would train at 3am if I had to because it’s the only outlet I have at this point.

Recovery? There are days when I can’t be arsed training however that comes at the end of a 5-6 day sessions when I feel I deserve the recovery as opposed to needing it
