What Iām seeing is lots of focused exercise, lots of daily NEPA, and a controlled, methodical diet.
How do you feel on this low-calorie diet - energy, recovery, etc.?
To be honest @TriednTrue I donāt have time to feel anything.
I never think āIām tiredā. I just power through.
I can train fasted or with a full belly.
The key is to train and temper the voices in my head. I would train at 3am if I had to because itās the only outlet I have at this point.
Recovery? There are days when I canāt be arsed training however that comes at the end of a 5-6 day sessions when I feel I deserve the recovery as opposed to needing it
