Using it almost every night has helped mate.
Hopefully it has come carryover into the old leg hypertrophy ![]()

Do you feel it has? Old school guys were claiming running helped with their leg hypertro
Couldnāt really say Aldebaran mate however Iām convinced itās adding more definition
I always felt like my legs looked strong during track season, so that makes sense
Iāve come to the conclusion that more work, as long as can recover, will yield more results ahah.
What is this program already? Looks yummy, under 1 hours workout and nice selection of stuff with balanced volume.
Thanks for asking @aldebaran mate
Iām following a push pull legs split, working out as often as possible and family life permits
No set format with regards to exercise selection
Just rolling with it on the day
Usually try to get to 2 work sets (1 top set and a back off set)
Sometimes throw on rest pause, drop sets or myo reps
Really focusing on perfecting every rep
Slow eccentric, pause at the top and bottom.
The goal is to ensure that every rep was better than the last
The rep is the most important part of the workout, not the workout itself
Nice! Yeah sometimes itās just better to follow its guts, and this kind of thing allows for a lot of flexibility and enjoyment. I did something of the kind, after watching the ābuild your own workoutsā by Meadows videos on YouTube. Allows to do stuff that we like and progress!
Yeah man Iāve always liked the idea of intuitive training
I feel that sticking to a rigid program can be stressful.
As long as Iām working the muscle hard and going to failure then the choice of exercise is irrelevant.
Any exercise that allows me to perform clean, crisp reps will pay dividends
Paradigm shift! Well said. Itās challenging my workout world view.
Superb mate
Thatās what itās all about ![]()
I have unbelievable ab doms from those chin ups yesterday
Ab doms are up there with the worst
This was low energy. Really low energy.
The bodybuilding gym isnāt doing it for me. Far too many machines. I like to keep it simple with the options.
They have about 8 different leg press machines man and they all feel weird
Iād say keep the machines you hate the less and only use them for a while, till you get used to them
