Preacher curl was some messed up machine that I’m convinced incorporated bodyweight
Blasting a muscle group is so much fun.
For years I preached FB and U/L programs however I’ve finally once more came back round to a bodybuilding style approach.
I’ve got some laser focus and feel like I’ve found my groove both training and nutrition wise.
Coming in just under 2000kcals right now and finding it a rather smooth process.
Loosely following Hypertrophy Coach’s program however firing in extra days when I feel recovered to do so.
Arms are definitely gaining size, thanks to the extra arm day.
Biggest game changer as of late has been rep cadence.
Slow controlled reps wih major focus on MMC and ROM.
@robstein ‘s rep cadence in his prep thread is something i plan to incorporate at some point.
Once I hit the 70-72kg mark I think my physique will start to look a tad more juicy.

I think just switching things up from time to time is useful in itself. If nothing else, it breaks up some of the monotony of picking things up and putting them back down
This was one of the worst workouts, pump wise, I’ve ever had.
The machines at this gym are taking a bit of getting used to. I’m not feeling any activation at all in some of them.
Also strayed once more from my program just to get a pull session in.
A bit more volume today and less pain.
I’ll get another 2 days in then take a day or two off and start over
Yeah really the bro split has it merits, like you said, to really develop MMC and focus on weaknesses. Then when you do some other kind of training you can really get more bang for your bucks with the exercises

Took a diet break as well
Ate a ton. Not stressing it. Have agreed with the missus that we have a day where we just splurge

Heavy doms today from yesterday’s incredibly low volume session
Especially RDL doms. Forget how much RDLs smoke your upper back when you add in a slight pause
