Another thing which is vastly different on either side of the pond - your KFC tastes nothing like what I think KFC is.

If you really want something weird, eat Pizza Hut in Middle Eastern countries that don’t traditionally eat pork!

Obviously, as you can tell from my dining choices, I’m one classy American when on the road.

I’ll have to take your word for it mate. I’ve never tried KFC when I’ve been in America.

However extensive viewings of ‘mukbang’ videos on YouTube (Google it, my missus watches them, particularly Nik Avocado :man_facepalming:) suggests that the American KFC offer an ‘extra crispy’ version which sounds like heaven

I worked at KFC after my first year of college (this being back in 1997.) At least then, the colonel’s 9 secret ingredients and spices were packets of salt, pepper, and MSG times seven. Seriously, we marinated the chicken overnight in MSG saline then dipped it before frying into MSG-loaded flour. How anyone survived eating that crap, I haven’t the foggiest.

Last time I ate KFC, we got a baby out of it. Haven’t risked it since.

I brought my better half one when she was in hospital pregnant with little man. 4 hours later I got the call saying babies on the way. Haven’t had one since, just in case.

I am suffering today

I think last nights Airdyne session knocked my pan.

Felt like shit all day and knackered.

Sleep is bad with the wee one as well. Waking up about 2-3 times a night.

Gonna take the night off

Some fast food doesn’t leave me feeling like crap (Chick-fil-A, Carl’s Jr.) while other places do. @dagill2 may be onto something.

Not a family man yet, don’t even have a gf yet, but now that I have school/internship 35 hours, job 20 hours and the long commute (even to go to the gym because of the 'vid) I can understand you guys ahhahah
Not planning on doing more than 3-4X a week for a while.

Routine and consistency are your friends. Try to make everything as consistent as possible.

As is sleeping early and rising early, if possible. The hours of sleep before midnight are worth more than the hours after.
