That’s absolutely my preference! Weird how I then suck at everything… I mean, by the end of a month, I’ve at least tried everything possible!
Isn’t that called “Crossfit”?
@TrainForPain mate check out Hypertrophy coach and sign up for a month.
His workouts are right up your alley.
I am in pain!!!
Can you do just a month?
He seems like an awesome guy with great content. I’m not a bodybuilder fan normally, but I really like his stuff.
I don’t think I’ve seen any of his stuff. I’ll check it out. I probably need to stick with something for a week before I sign up for a month of anything though.
@dagill2 yeah man. It costs 7 quid a month, no contract. 7 day free trial as well
His content is great. Well worth it
@TrainForPain as already mentioned, 7 day free trial. Get the wallet open mate!!
Does he have any YouTube stuff? That’s my addiction!
Just for you matey
What do the red and green lines mean?
They’re supersets mate.
They’re brutal as well.
Hypertrophy coach has a video on his app called ‘Improve one rep’
The message goes through my head with every rep. The result being triceps which were pumped beyond anything I have ever experienced.
That video is worth the subscription fee alone

Quick but tough
Especially the band pulldowns.
They hurt. They really hurt.
Keeping a 3 second descent on the rings as well. That changes the game.
Focusing on quality reps now.
We all search for the perfect program when the answer lies in the reps
