This sums it up well for me. My mom is 62, my youngest sibling is 22. My mom exercised one to tree times a day for a good portion of her fifties, as well as working loooong days and weeks.

Just do the machine - you can get a pump at that point either way. Maybe hang from a bar in between sets for the decompression?

What’s your conditioning plan while you’re doing this? I don’t want to give myself excuses to skip it, but the 3 main days are long!

I’m going for 30-40 minutes on the Airdyne every night hopefully. Low intensity as well. Burn those fat stores.

Get yourself an Airdyne to complement that mansion you’re building. You’ll never look back mate

Just do that one? I’ve done reverse hypers on the Swiss ball as well or Superman’s. It all gives me a lower back pump.

Hopefully we move in in a couple months! I’ll throw up more house pictures this week because it’s cool to me. My gym does have Airdyne bikes. I can do some of that. I don’t have to go to an office right now, so my time excuses are just excuses.
