Been hitting the weights hard lately

Have reduced volume on burpees trying to keep sessions to 30 mins max and focusing more on intensity

Trying hard not to let the overthinking demons wreak havoc

Just training hard

Have dropped 7lbs since entering the transformation challenge

Absolutely fantastic showing there. Goes to show the benefit of the regular exposure to misery there. Any man that can endure the workouts you go through can easily endure the minor discomfort of hunger while losing fat.

Tbh the process has been pretty straightforward. Mastering the hunger is the key element and brutal training makes it all that wee bit easier man

Reached my target weight of 147lbs

20lbs down since end of Dec

I’m still not happy. I think another 7 will get me in a good place then it will be a couple of weeks maintenance

I love everything about this. Elsewhere, people are discussing carb cycling and insulin manipulation and what supplements to take to achieve fat loss and how to spare muscle and if cardio before or after lifting is best, and here in this log a guy with an iron will said “I’m going to lose fat” and then a few weeks later returns with “I lost fat: think I’ll lose some more”

Really shows what matters. Outstanding work.

Fat loss is so easy. It’s too easy. You need to own it. Fuxking own it.

And while your owning it, supplement said owning with brutal conditioning

I imagine time spent dedicated toward gaining muscle would help shape perspective here, and it’s most likely the frame of reference @ChongLordUno is speaking from.
