Strong and Conditioned (ChongLordUno)

Got taken out by some vicious flu 2 weeks ago. Had to take a week of work. It was brutal

No energy and my lungs felt like they had collapsed.

It ended up obliterating the whole household so factor in the stress of taking care of two toddlers who were ill while feeling like death yourself and training takes a back seat.

Absolutely horrific two weeks and tbh my chest is still not operating at full capacity. Easing my way back in however and should be back to full fitness soon

Appreciate the love dude! And man, I would dig more opportunities to talk. These days, the schedule is so packed that just getting the workouts in is enough. I actually upload the videos post workout while I’m cooling down/getting assistance work done, haha.

Back to full fitness my man however have eased up on the burpees as gym work has taken a priority and I’m finding it hard to squeeze in a session

Usually get 100 in when I can just to keep me ticking over

Seriously though, I’m incredibly honoured. I know you have to be a serious player in order to get mentioned by yourself in your blog man. You don’t give that sort of praise willy nilly.

I was actually thinking about you the other day. I actually started doing burpees because of you. I used to think they were stupid. I always mention the Iron Wolf however his influence was more focused on the style of burpee.

If it wasn’t for you man I’d still be languishing in a hell consumed with no progress.
