Shocking day so far
Went for Tab Front squats with the 16s and managed 7 rounds. Had to bail out as I experienced a searing pain shoot through the top of my head. What in the actual fuck. I was going to do it as well. This actually pissed me off like you would not believe
Went for a a weighted vest walk with a 40lb vest on, pushing the wee man in his stroller. This too, has knocked me for six
