Very brief HIIT sesh while my little girl ate her yoghurt
2 mins warm up
20 secs hard
Managed that for 3 mins then had to break it down to
20s work/40s rest
This was tough man. Will build up to @steigs quality over time
Great effort. I always think that it is interesting just how hard you can work when you have a short window to train in. Shows that you can always find a way to progress.

Never ridden an airdyne. Was this potentially puke-inducing?
To be honest, the main goal is just getting to train. It’s so difficult with the kids. If I can get 3 weights sessions in and 6 Airdyne sessions then I will end the week a happy man
