The over riding theme of training for me is having the ability to go in the gym and fly with the wind.
Granted my life is competely different from say, a 22 year old young stag who still stays with his folks however I have always had issues sticking to a plan for longer than 8 weeks.
It’s too stressful for me, knowing that if I miss a day then I’ve potentially fucked the whole plan
I know technically that this isn’t the case however it’s still a psychological hurdle however and I don’t need the stress
Focusing on a log book, picking a few moves, alternating and HAMMERING THE UTTER FUCK out of them seems to be the most organic approach and the least stressful one
If you have to ask questions on a forum about a fucking program, especially one based on IS THIS GOOD ENOUGH then you are on a one way ticket to failsville

HIIT/sprint intervals on an airdyne, rower, or exercise bike are the bee’s knees for improving work capacity.
Very true my man. My mum had an Airdyne doubling up as a clothes horse so I took it off her hands. Talk about luck!
