Iāve been āmicrodosingā my workouts as of late
3/4 workouts spread over the course of the day.
Yesterday for example went like this
10 mins straight of burpees, mountain climbers, squats, push ups and jump squats
50 chin ups and 50 trx rows
30 clean and presses for time (Grace WOD) - 3.38
Tabata KB Front Squats - 4.00
Itās extremely time efficient and the workouts for the most part can be done anywhere.
Will be very interesting to see how it pans out. Successful I imagine because I fully buy into the concept which is one of the most important aspects of training

Interesting approach. Wendler has been doing this with his recent WALRUS work. Breaking up the dayās rep totals into at least 2 sessions. While I like the approach, I canāt pull it off due to my work/family schedule. Once Iām showered and in my work clothes, I canāt realistically get in a quick workout. The best I can do is do some mobility work and walks when I take a break from my office.
