To be honest I wondered the same about the jump part of the burpee, but then I actually tried Navy Seal burpees like you do. I was finished before I even began. Your endurance level is mind blowing! I really like your start to finish, full frame videos. All work, no B.S.

Good form. Proper squat thrust evey time, gets up actively every time, gets off the ground on the jump right to the end of the session.
Typical circuit training routine is 40 secs on 20 secs off for every exercise, say 8 exercises. Burpee is the toughest exercise, so you get to do 40 secs burpees in every 8 min set.
7 min 50 secs of non stop burpees = Respect.
