Managed to go the full distance with both KBs

So these tabata KB squats are done as 8 sets of 8, starting each 30 seconds? What’s a good starting weight to try?
20 secs on 10 secs off for 4 mins which comes to 8 rounds
I think Pwn goes for 8. If you can’t get it then weight is too heavy?
I have used 2 x 12kg . It’s not the legs that took the brunt today, it was more holding the KBs in the rack position that was causing issues for me
8 reps per round was the original challenge for me, taken from Dan John. I am now just going until the whistle blows with lighter weight, as I eventually reached a weight I could not get the 8s on.
