I’m in a bad place man

Wee girl is ill. I think she has the Coronavirus. Had a fever for the last 3 days and hasn’t stopped crying.

Haven’t been to the gym since Thursday.

Fell into bad food habits over the last couple of days.

Rattled some ice cream last night and had a large stuffed crust dominos tonight .

You’re working hard and cutting weight. You probably needed that slop. The body wanted some calories, carbs and fat which you supplied quickly and directly.

Now you’re topped off and ready to get back in the groove. Use this “cheat day” as a tool to be consistent for a longer time. Kinda like a deload from the weights. 1 step back so you can take 3 steps forward.

Blitzed my chest today

Gonna try and hit the gym every day this week and just smoke a designated bodypart.
