Took the squats out. Too time consuming and dodgy on my back.

To be honest, my legs were still fried from Thursday.
Starting to hate training legs man. What. Has happened to me???

Starting a Meadows program in 5 weeks. This all excites me!

That was a top set.

First set of 20 reps then 4 more sets with same weight and 60 sec rest period
