So is Gamma a 4 day a week nearly bro split? He puts chest and shoulders together but for the most part all the other days are focused on back, legs, and arms? How much time does it take you in the gym on average for each session?

Edit: I see he does some antagonistic pump work too…pretty nice setup.

I usually get work done in just under an hour however I’m starting to notice that the sessions are creeping up a bit

Decided to revert back to original sequence and begin the week with back

Purely because I had a shitty sleep and could not face doing legs at such an early time

Also threw in a 25 min cardio session as I’ve decided to start ramping up the cut
