Until your videos I never realized how much pushing over your head you do in a burpee. Thereās a lot of time spent ass over head. Youāre looking solid man! I was really surprised how meaty you were in your last pic. I didnāt realize how effective calisthenics could be for mass.

Yeah man. Burpees are mass central, especially 2+ pump burpees. I canāt recommend them enough
