My dude, you spelled “pizza” wrong.
Regional dialectic differences. You say potato, I say frittata.
You just stop doing all the things keeping you alive… presto!
I like the way you think.
PB time

Congrats on the PB!
Cheers @SvenG man. I dont know how good a time it is in burpee world.
What I do know is that it fucked me up ![]()
Mate at the end of the video you looked fkd, happy and a little mental all at the same time. Quality
Also starting to look hench with your shirt off.
Cheers @simo74 brother. It was brutal.
Upped my carbs as of late so think that’s puffed me up a bit

You guys say weird stuff and call it English
18 mins for 100 seals, 90 minutes at that pace to reach 500… jesus. Do you have a plan to get there? At that level of endurance you may as well be running marathons.
No set plan mate. Just working on the pumps
Mate that 100 broke me. There is no way I am maintaining that pace
Killing it man
Thanks @whiplash1 my man
In true dad style, doesn’t even pause the rep to answer his kids. Good man.
You guys say weird stuff and call it English
LOL this is very true but if we want to get technical, Chong is Scottish and I am now Australian so no actual English being spoken in here. ha ha
I know your post was mostly in jest but can I ask is it the words themselves that you think are not English or is the way they are being used.
Fked (we know that that is short for) in this case meaning very tired.
Hench - an informal English word or slang word meaning well built (like jacked I guess)
Puffed up - Puffed meaning swollen.
Quick rant time
My opinion
Everything fitness related is viewed through the lens of lifting
As if lifting is the superior modality.
It’s only part of the puzzle.
My story so far is that I got stronger and more aesthetically pleasing when I started lifting less .
Conditioning became my drug of choice.
I work with this juice freak. Roided to the gills and is obsessed with himself. Everything about him is about how muscular he is. It’s all very sad.
I was looking at the Royal Marine Push Up test and this clown looks at the guy doing push ups and yells that he’s doing it all wrong because ‘he’s not using the muscle right and he’s locking out’
I’m like ‘mate who cares, he’s trying to get into the marines, he doesn’t care about his muscles’
This idiot is applying Flex Magazine bullshit to a guy trying to get into the Marines.
Everything is viewed through the lens of lifting and it’s probably killing your gains
