Yeah I like it. The thumbnails are amusing, which is 99% of the decision factor in me clicking any video, and I miss the older-school training footage that didn’t look like a Michael Bay production so I like this

Soon mate soon. With all the running training I did before getting back in the gym, I know that part of me is inside hiding. Need to lure it out with a packet of donuts!

I used to run track and wrestle, and then I was in relatively athletic units in the army. You’d think I’d just know what to do, conditioning-wise, but it’s like a total lost skill for me. I’ll pedal a bike or push a sled or whatever, but there’s no real excitement in it for me these days.

Maybe we should start our own club that lifts heavy and does biceps without any conditioning. Lol
