Aye lads. It’s a tough racket but hey ho, at least I won’t die lonely
Bodyweight push press
Happy with that

Serious work dude, love it. What do you attribute your pressing strength to?
Fuxk knows @dagill2 man. I think the style of burpee and punishing volume definitely gets the strength up.
Been OHPing for the last while but not with a lot of frequency or as much as I would like
Good OHP technique helps as well eg false grip, using lats etc
Cranked this out in 5.59.
I think I could shave off 20-30 seconds if I was fresh and still didn’t have the dregs of this ridiculous hangover
My hangovers = 3 burpees in 6 minutes.
Your hangovers = 100 burpees in 6 minutes.
Haha honesty @antiquity I feel horrific
I either have alcohol poisoning or Covid
You said 9 but not on which day.
Just by coincidence I was reading today about a 100 burpees for time workout in the CrossFit Games and the worst time was 5:35. Now I know it’s the worst but it’s the worst of the fittest few guys in the world and you’re knocking right on the door. That’s impressive.
As soon as I read it I remembered your post and thought I’d come here to let you know. Hope it can serve as some motivation.
Worth noting these are Crossfit burpees, which are different animals to @ChongLordUno burpees. Quicker, and sloppier.
I didn’t even realise that. Even more impressive.
@kleinhound stope teasing mate😂 I want all knowledge of this night out erased from history
Cheers lads. I’m quite chuffed with that. Smooth reps all the way
Mate that is not just brutal that is bordering on the mentally insane !! I love the way you seem to be able to switch off that part of the brain that always wants to tell us to stop or maybe not switch it off but at least turn your back on it and stick your fingers up. Savage mate.
Cheers @simo74 my man
I am dommed out of my nut this morning
