@ChongLordUno the one @anna_5588 is debating copying. It feels like beating a dead horse at this point, but it might be instructive to show both the workout and recovery side. I’m not sure it’s the kind of workout to do on 3lbs of veg and half a fish head.

@throwawayfitness it’s not for my benefit. I don’t count calories either at the minute.
