I donāt program. I wake up and have an idea in my head and mostly go for it
Today I said 200 2 pumps
I done 50 and heard my lizard brain say ājust do 100 and make the other 100 1 pumpsā
I then heard my inner iron wolf call me a bitch
I made up for it with 300.
Anyone can do this physically but the mental game is the real one to beat
I am currently on 275 a day however sometimes mix it up
Awesome stuff. Iāve been thinking more about this myself and itās great to see how you and others are doing things. Myself, Iāve been getting in some morning burpees most days in the 75-250 range. At the higher range, that would be my main workout of the day. At the lower range, it would simply be ādaily workā on top of my planned strength or conditioning work that day.
