I did a workout this morning I think you’d enjoy.

Pyramid of 1-10-1 of man makers and bodyweight lunges/leg

Totals to 100manmakers and 200lunges

What are man makers again?

Get two dumbbells. Do a push-up, renegade row on both sides, then clean and press

Basically a burpee with dumbbells and a row on each side after the pushup

I did something similar this morning. What a great workout! Those extra pumps sure catch up to you. I’m really digging the burpee mentality required to keep the reps going.

I’m always surprised at how much the extra pumps slow me down (not that I’m very fast to begin with)

Giving these a little rest atm at my end, it tends to flare up the rhs trap (likely I’m not getting into a decent pushup position), they will return though as I do like the gainz from the cup.
