The awesome thing about going on holiday is recharging the training battery

yet at night your reading about training and constructing new approaches and training regimes.

Jut planning to focus on these 3 for strength only.
Low reps.
Other work will consist mainly of BW work and burpees.
As with most conditioning, and I know @T3hPwnisher will agree, it will be created almost on the fly.
Conditioning trains the mind more than the body.
Counting those burpees, creating impromptu workouts based on the burn, feel and descent into the dark place. It’s total mental hypertrophy.
No wonder you leave a good conditioning session as high as a kite.
Ultimately the ethos is to train harder.
Just get the work done and keep the reps clean and crisp.

Solid grouping. Can absolutely get nasty big and strong with that. And full concur on the conditioning. Yeah: if you’re a legit endurance athlete, you should probably have a plan, but to just be big, strong and scary, winging it seems to be best.
Solid plan man.
Any thought to loaded carries in there somewhere? Seems like the kind of suck that would be right up your alley.

Nope
I was thinking front loaded stuff. Pretty big, pretty basic, does a lot of good things for you.
Agree these are tough to beat. I was toying with something similar:
Doing 5’s PRO of BP, then doing that group with a weight vest.
Or doing 5’s PRO with OHP, then doing that group but with weighted dips in place of OHP.
Can’t go wrong with either.
I missed the last 150 posts or so, but I am guessing a million burpees were done in the meantime.

This was a milestone workout in a wee kind of way
I’ve never been able to rack out so many high rep dips in one continuous session
I remember years ago doing 100 chins in one workout and it taking an hour to finish.
This took around 27 minutes.
