To each their own. Truth be told, you’re one of the most consistent lifters I’ve ever seen and your numbers keep trending upwards. It might be slow but it looks better than the roller coaster approach that I use.
That’s very nice of you to say mate. I am happy with where I am at but have a constant mental battle of whether I could be doing more and progressing faster. This is partly why I let someone else do the programming. If it did it myself I am sure I would do more stupid stuff.
Awesome amount of volume in any day or week.

Heading up to the north of Scotland today for some R&R with the family.
No lifting or heavy ass volume work

Taking the day off today as it’s a long drive, by Scottish standards.

If you’re near any beaches I can definitely recommend some running on sand.
