Yeah it really looks like excuses. If I were to listen to my body I would never do legs for instance with my pains. And I would have missed half my sessions of these last 3 months for feeling horribly sore yet retraining the muscle or super tired or whatever. Yet I grew :thinking:

Great freaking job man. 500 burpees and 120 chins is outstanding. The visual difference in your newest photo to where you were a few months ago is insane. I really like what you, @T3hPwnisher, @antiquity, @kleinhound (and I’m sure others I’m just not aware of; seems like @anna_5588 too probably) have going on. It harkens back to when this was fun to just one-up your friends
