That’s epic. Time off as in deloads or time off as in rest days?

Bury yourself in training and dig your way out with a fork and spoon. Crushing it dude.

Deloads.

I don’t believe in them.

A deload is less time training.

I need more time training.

It keeps the dark voices at bay

I’ve got this 500 in me this week. I feel it in my bones.

Had a day of nutritional debauchery. Went to my aunts and had a shit ton of lasagne then laziness kicked in at night and ordered KFC

Last week was similar and I assumed this would fuel the next days physical endeavours however that turned out to be a pipe dream.

The first burpee session of the week was grim as fuck. I struggled through it. The rest of the day was marred with similar intensity, thanks to the junk.

I’m getting old and my body isn’t handling junk as well it did in my younger years.

No big deal. Just a moment of realisation, assess, respond and move on.

The engine needs clean fuel. I need to power this conditioning effectively.

I am pumped up for this week. I have a feeling that I will be bathed in gains.

No overthinking. No point.

We work and cash into the bank. It all adds up.

The gains compound through constant hard training.

Training which takes our minds off the shit that life throws at us

Training that provides us with sanctuary from the banalities that our pampered lifestyles throw at us.

We are men and we seek war.

The iron is war.

Shame on the poets of old who did not take it to this level.

Your prose is inspirational, a leader in all ways.

I’d follow you into the gates of hell and expect nothing less than victory.

Victory or Valhalla

Always remember with this style of training

There is no thinking anymore

There is only work

Hard work

There is nothing that is wrong

There is only that which hurts

200 unbroken squats with a 16kg dumbbell hurts

Do not be limited by convention

Train like a prisoner in a cell who has nothing

Let’s gain

How long did that one take you (lunges and squats)?

I don’t really know @Frank_C matez

20-25 minutes at most.

I can’t like all your sessions because that would be a workout all in itself.

Love the work you’re putting in over here man.

Hey dude, I’ve got a good (not so good) Iron Cardio leg workout for ya:

Air/goblet squat superset with a lunge of your choice:
1 squat + 1 lunge/leg
2 squats + 2 lunges/leg

work up to 10 and 10

back down to 1 and 1

I’ve done this just with bodyweight and while wearing a 60lb vest. Both times sucked in unique fashion.
