I eat full fat, plain yogurt and kefir everyday. It’s so awesome. Either by itself, with some honey, or as the base for smoothies. I cannot stomach the reduced or fat free versions, nor those with added flavors. I’m also a believer in the whole foods approach and fully believe the health benefits of the “real” versions.

I’m aching to burst out 500 burpees man however finding the time to devote to this is hard right now. I know I’m going to smash it.
I feel I’m becoming more ‘athletic’ with this burpee game. More nimble on my feet.

Yes but only for a few minutes it was during my pause at work. It would be great for sure and would prepare me for the 1000 burpees challenge. But I don’t know when… Next week I also work 70 hours lol then you add commutes and working out and I simply don’t have the time or energy to do anything, I didn’t even log this week. But in July I’ll have more time
