Thats the really cool thing about this place and getting into the right peoples training logs. Its like training itself, the more you put in the more you get out. There are very few people in my direct circle of friends who understand this stuff. Some get it a little bit because they did a sport in the past or they still do, but even then they find what we do to be an oddity. Most peoples only information about this stuff is so out dated or simply just stupid that it is painful to even talk to them about it. In here I can bounce ideas, get fired up by someone else’s training, give support or spark a thought. I might not do the exact same training as everyone else but I know that deep down they understand, and what’s more they embrace the same hate of the self that I do. That deep hate of where you are and that burning desire to improve and change. If all I did today was help you towards your goals then in the words of the great Ice Cube ‘today was a good day’.

Most people don’t get it.
A guy came up to me in the gym the other day and remarked at how hard I was training and asked what I was training so hard for.
I said because I can.
To him, it seemed like the weirdest answer but to me it makes all the sense in the world.
