Never let stress affect the effort you put in. Work is work.
It all counts.
We’re all making deposits into the Bank of Gains.
Some more than others
However we need to keep putting that work in and letting compound interest work its magic.
Who gives a fuck if you stray from your plan and think out the box.
Just hit the body fucking hard and let compound interest do its work.
There is no over-training. That meat carcass you call a body loves punishment. It responds accordingly and we reap the benefits during down time.
Let’s push each other to the brink. Let’s banish the conventional thinking and go to the dark place together.
Let’s go
And South Britain.
We celebrate by sitting in an overheated car on the M25. Good Times.
I got inspired and did some burpees. My hip flexors seem to wear out first, which was a surprise. First after my lungs, I mean
Just get that ball rolling @TrainForPain my man and let the burpees take care of the rest
Now that’s ridiculous. Good on you
Come join me in Rep City mate
I’m doing my best
Jesus you are crushing it.
Absolutely right about the compound interest, looking at total weekly volume might be a good approach. You can do 15 micro-sessions a day or 3-5 big sessions a week and on balance probably do more total with the micro sessions.
I’m getting it in where i can, this newborn stuff is brutal though.
Couldn’t put it better myself @jdm135 my man
Think outside the bricks.
For years we’ve been constrained by conventional thinking and a fear of overtraining.
The only thing we stand to gain are gains themselves. Keep depositing those workouts
Keep the bodyweight reps as high as you can and ensure the iron reps are quality and effective.
This is a great time to be training. Let’s crush this together my man
I’ve thought about that. We used to start some title boxing classes with 100 burpees. I can see myself doing 1000…. If I knew I had absolutely nothing to do the next couple of days.
Me and you
Zoom call burpee party
Bloody nice work mate. What can I say. Quality
