Tomorrow is Memorial Day here in the US to honor our fallen military members. CrossFit has made Murph a staple workout on this day. You could join them.

This was allegedly Michael Murphyās daily routine and he did it in his gear. CF has added a 20 lb vest to mimick that.
I thought about doing my first ever Murph tomorrow, or mini Murph (half of everything). But Iāll probably opt for the Michael Quilty workout.

I was under the impression that Murph ran it unpartitioned, and that partitioning was a more recent strategy employed by competitors. I know that every time I ran it I did it unpartitioned to make it suck more.
I donāt remember how he did it. I just laid out the CF workout. And it sucks plenty no matter how you do it. Making it harder will only make it longer.
Which makes it suck longer, haha.
@Frank_C mate I could easily do the bodyweight circuit at work however the runs are out of the question ![]()
