What’s a day of eating look like big man? And if you say scotch and haggis…this could be the greatest training log in history!

Sorry to disappoint however I rarely drink and Haggis is something that gets broken out now and again.
A day of eating usually consists of eggs, skyr yoghurt, beef, chicken, avacados, olives, kefir, bananas and the odd protein bar
Usually eat out once or twice a week, mainly KFC or the odd kebab my man

I totally agree with this. I always like it when someone on here is really on the money. Its like you can feel the energy when you read their log and even if their style of training is not something you do, it has its own gravity. It starts to pull you in and make you think, hmm maybe.

My math might be off, but I swear I come in here every day and there are 16 more workouts posted. And each contains 100s of things I don’t want to do. But I can’t look away.
I had the same thought yesterday and I decided I would do lots of burpees tomorrow for conditioning even though I hate these ahahah
