Looks great mate and could see it potentially working really well this summer when Iām cycling lots. At the moment Iām pushing myself a bit too hard in the gym while cycling so much AND I need more practice with some of the big compound lifts - this could solve both!
Do you think itād work with say 3-4 cardio sessions instead if I did a few less of the iron ones?
