Looks great mate and could see it potentially working really well this summer when I’m cycling lots. At the moment I’m pushing myself a bit too hard in the gym while cycling so much AND I need more practice with some of the big compound lifts - this could solve both!

Do you think it’d work with say 3-4 cardio sessions instead if I did a few less of the iron ones?

Tbh I would probably go for 4 weights sessions a week. 2 lifts on both days.
