Been fucking rolling hard as of late. Constant sessions. Cracking out mini workouts on the daily and trying to grow my IG.

I’m trying to go fuxking crazy with the workouts. Take it to the dark places.

Lifting weights is a side show right now. High rep bodyweight work is owning my mind. It smokes the shit out of me however leaves me euphoric.

I am eating like Henry VIII however I’m shredding up and losing weight. The workload is real.

My schedule is now consisting mainly of…

Daily Burpees
Daily chins
Air squats
Weights

Sometimes I’ll throw KBs in there to jazz it up a wee bit. Keep the body guessing.

I feel amazing. My conditioning is on point.

She’s got asthma too, haha. Plus, I think these might be with a jump. Apparently she pretty much did 9 a minute. Seems doable until you think about 12 hours worth.

This was gruelling. Low reps but they added up like fuck

One of those sessions were you’re just grinding. Intended to do 15 but the dark place kept calling

Just got the head down and went for 25. Absolutely done in. Fucking love it

@littlesleeper ha yes my man. The reps are manageable however the amount of rounds means it turns into more a mental game. Most folk on here could do the reps however can they work that long and just get the work done?

@theinneroh no mate. Was 9am. I do t record reps during workout mostly. Just input the reps after the work is done my main man
