Stretch Marks

I have a few stretch marks on my upper bicep and into my arm pit area…has anyone had success in removing stretch marks or making their appearance less noticeable??

They should become less noticable with time and fade from purplish to a color barely lighter than your natural skin color. Don’t worry about it.

Whether it’s true or not I’m not sure, but I’ve heard of people putting Vitamin E on them. I’ve heard women do this after pregnancy too.

cococa butter as well

Yeah, vitamin E helps. Coca butter too, they’re cheap so it’s worth a try.

I have many of these from back when I was playing football and 50 pounds heavier. I didn’t do anything, and they slowly blended into the color around them after a few years. It still kinda looks like a burn mark though.

My girlfriend is in her 8th month of pregnancy and even though she has gained almost 50 pounds, she has kept her stretch marks to a minimum through a nightly massage of some cream that has vitamin E, cocoa butter and aloe over all of her body. Then she applies medical grade pure vitamin E to any areas that are starting to show any possibility of stretching. It really has worked considering her rapid gain in weight, maybe you should try it out.

the last resort would be chemical peals and plastic surgery if you’re REALLY bothered by them.

Stretch marks are scar tissue, and thus will not go away without physically removing them (surgery, peels). However, if you tend to scar easily, the removal process may be worse. They will diminish with time, and to help things along, you can use vitamin E, coca butter, and skin creams that contain alpha-hydroxy acids.
