Anybody train in the Delaware/southern PA area? Know of any gyms that cater to “hardcore” lifters or athletes?

Hi Joe,
The only gym I know of like that is The Training Center in New Castle, DE. Its got some pretty big bodybuilders, and they don’t mind you being loud, etc.
But unfortunately, that’s all I know of.

Not sure, but I think there is one somewhere in seaford or salisbury. I believe APA holds a PL comp in one of those cities, or it might be in New Castle as CollinAshmore stated above me.
