Strength/Collagen Synthesis

i want to start planning my next cycle. i want to train solely to get my strenght for bench squat and deadlifts up. i dont have that many cycles under my belt so i want to keep under a gram. basically i want i a cylce that will

  1. less than 1 gram a week
  2. give best strenght gains
    3, boost collogen synthesis to handle the heavy weaight low reps.

i also got gyno on 500mg test e a week. so i will for sure be running adex throughout. i was thinking along the lines of a test prop/tren a/ primo stack
what are yalls thoughts for optimal strenght and collogen. maybe 6-8 weeks.

350mg tren
350mg test prop
300mg primo
?
your thoughts.

Why not go with 600mg Test/400mg EQ.

Pretty common cycle, shouldn’t be bad for strength, and if I remember correctly EQ has been shown to be even better than Deca for collagen synthesis.

Just run that sucker for 16 weeks, and you should be sitting pretty.

Why not just run a test ester with tren?

I am seeing unbelievable strength gains right now with 800mg/wk test enan and just got done running 2 weeks of tren ace at 75mg ED.

Yeah, with adequate test and tren I don’t see a need for the primo. It wouldn’t really add anything to the cycle.

I second this. Simple, and exactly what the OP is looking for. And it just happens to be pretty close to what I’m running now. So much for my objectivity…
