Hi Coach, i hope you and the family are safe and well. After finishing the main lower or upper HP Mass workout e.g 20 sets of 3 reps, how many sets for a strength circuit using 80% MTW, could you use?
I think you’ll find HP Mass to be highly effective unaltered.
Having run that program a few times, I sincerely doubt you’ll want additional work, particularly strength work, after finishing the day’s lifts.
Follow the program as prescribed please.
