I am just finishing up the deload for month 3 of the Boring But Big Challenge and am planning to start the strength challenge next week. I just need to know if u add 5 lb to upper lifts and 10 lb to lower lifts after each individual month like you did in the boring but big challenge? I just don’t want to do anything stupid.
Yes, increase the TM every cycle like normal.
