awesome job man, how much did your pressing and pulling increase in the 31 days of I,BB?

I usually look at these threads when I want a laugh but this is very impressive. Just think what you can achieve in another 3 years.

incredible progress, great job.

Focus on getting your rear delts/traps bigger to make the shoulder appear like a full cannonball, not just half of one. It’ll make you look twice as wide from behind & thicker from the side. Just a quick tip.
