So I got to sit down and play a bit today and didnt have to fight Ken once and only fought one Akuma. I have been using E. Honda a lot.
Someone said the flash kick was the best anti-air, well after playing with Honda I have to say his is better. It can hit you on the way up or down. All his moves do really good damage and his throw is super easy to spam. Won like 7 or 8 in a row today with him.
I think I might sit down with Rose or Gin here soon. It seems like if your someone other than Ken, Ryu, Akuma, Saget or one of the other more popular char ppl dont know how to handel it.

Before you start bragging in a passive aggressive manner, list all the popular characters that you feel are cheap. And then list all the unpopular characters that you spam with(like E.Honda).

Heh, if I was bragging it was that I didnt have to fight Ken at all today and I think that is something to brag about.
But I guess I need to clarify. If I can sit there and spam throws or spam Dragon Uppercuts and the person cant stop it then maybe he/she should learn to stop it. But I never said anything about any character being cheap, its all in how you use them. If I can get away with being “cheep” then so be it. Dont like it stop me, I have no problem doing the same move over and over if it gets me an easy win. Any way that only works on crap players.

When Pootie plays Blanka, he’s basically an electric chair waiting for you to sit in it and get fried. Also, his Ken is a tricky bastard.
En Sabuh Nah’s Cammy is pretty shifty and he can pull off some nice combos with her. His Sagat is Defensive, but he link some nice combos with the Tiger Knee.

He can use the “charge” characters well, and I hate them.

I think the other character who is truly unique is Gouken, if you can master his parry wrt to timing.
Fei Long is probably one of the best combo characters because of his speed, but he sure is weak.

Yeah, Gouken players…GOOD ones…utilize the parry extremely well.
I’m pissed that a combination of two moves I came up with Blanka doesn’t seem to be a “naturally chainable” series of moves, even though I have pulled it off twice now.
