Now I’m sure my friends in the Geek Sh**t thread are sick of hearing me talk about it but this game has me as excited as a pig in slop. This is my invitation to everyone else out there to pick up the best game of this young year.
Street Fighter IV is one of the best games I have every played. Go out and Buy, rent, steel, barrow, mooch what ever you have to do but give this game a try.
And if anyone would like a beat down on PSN let me know. For those on XBL Im sure Vash would be happy to accommodate you.

Stayed up all night and unlocked every character. Was pretty disapointed in Gouken personally.

Really? I love his…palm rush(for lack of a better word). Im sure it drives ppl nuts when I go right throw their and projectile they can throw. I think he is better that I had hoped.
Well I’m not saying he is bad, I just didn’t like him too much. Actually I think Gouken is pretty good but he just doesn’t suit my style of play too well. I like to dragon punch alot.
What I do like is how the game seems so much more balanced. Although I dominated with Zangief in hardest mode. Killed Seth 1st attempt lol.
Seth is either the absolutely accurate rendering of Seth “S-Kill” Killian, or a fucking SNK boss. First time in ten years I’ve almost thrown my controller and yelled “cheap-ass infinite-priority insta-kill-having dirty motherfucker!”
I think I’ll play through one round wins on easy for a while.
Online play is . . . if the connection is decent, it’s amazing. Smooth, high-intensity bouts. If it’s anything but decent, then it’s unplayable.
Love the art style. Kind of rubs that whole never-again-to-be-over-200lbs in my face, though.
Alas.
BadDog108 is the XBL gamer tag for either a brutal beasting or easy win. Depends on the day.

haha, yea he is pretty fucking bullshit sometimes. The amount of times you miss a critical shot because he teleports around like a bitch is annoying. I ripped out my start button and threw my control many times playing SF2 and I came close after an hour of Seth attempts on Dhalsim alone.
I’m glad they made him hard though. To be honest, I don’t find much difference between Seth on Easy and Hardest.

I don’t think Seth would be all that bad if he couldn’t teleport. All he does to me is teleport behind and does the pile driver.
I think the game is great, but I wish they would’ve left in some of the additions from recent games. One thing is I wish you had a variety of super moves, like in 3rd Strike. For example the only super Akuma has is the Raging Demon, and any player worth their weight can dodge that.
SFIV is awesome… I been playing the 360 version since the 10th. But I been playing the ps3 version online with my TE stick!! Those TE Sticks by madcatz are fckn wicked!!
The 360 and ps3 versions are basically identical, but at the versus screen, the ps3 takes 3x longer to load than the 360.
