Strategies for Fat Loss

As my recent attempt to make sure I was dieting correctly failed, I have a new question.

What are some strategies to lose fat?

Obviously the goal is to be expending more calories then you intake but how to people go about this.

My goal is 8 pounds of fat in about 6 weeks.

Low Carb?
Cut Carbs after a certain time?
No Carb?

ALL ideas would be very helpful. Thanks.

Why don’t you just keep it simple for now and just work on burning more calories than you consume.

You know, eat less, exercise more.

Just don’t get too carried away in either direction.

If you’re relatively new to all of this, just spread your intake over the day in relatively small meals. If needed, just eat a little more in the mornings and after training.
