For some reason, this week(off week), I began to experiment with workouts. I performed fat to fire (day 1), anit-BB-H(day 3), EDT arms (day 2), MD III (day 1), and today Renegade BB (day 1)! It’s been fun as hell(I add that the weight has been pathetically light). But, the reason I post is because I have been lifting three hours after my last meal, and everytime before I train I get this weird tingling sesation usually on my lower and upper back, it’s like a tiny warm shock that just kinda lingers. Then once Im off and going on the workouts it goes away! Strange I tell ya. Anyways, to gym I go with shocking back.
