Strange Feeling on a Carbohydrate Diet

I do not know, I tried many diets, but what I noticed on the high carb diet, I was always accompanied by such a pissed-off feeling, I was terribly rude, I was so shy on the outside, and on the inside I wanted to destroy everyone, I wanted to fuck with everything, everyone pissed me off.

I have tried many diets, keto, high carb, zone, keto targeting, everything, but I feel best for carb backloading, with IF, that is, I eat after training, and this is how coffee and cigarettes fly all day and I feel great, really from over a year.
I don’t eat when I’m active and I eat when I’m inactive.
is great.

has anyone noticed anything similar on high carb diets?

what is this about?

Since your carbs are high, does that mean your fats are low?

Word-salad. I suspect trolling, but will continue to act politely for at least this post. Why? There seems to be a common signature with trolling: These posts are everywhere in terms of reasoning - much like this.

What kind of high carbs are you referring to? Sounds like you experienced fluctuating blood sugar. Any bloating? Are you prone to diabetes, any hereditary traits? Any other “supplements” we should know of? Any specific reason you’ve tried so many different diets - and not stuck with the one you liked? What are your goal/goals?

This is a classic case of “carb-rage”. All the anger tendencies people place on steroids is really misplaced and they should be blaming their carb intake instead.

Did you know that carbs are sugar? Sugar means inflammation. Inflammation means death. No one gets out of here alive. Death-rage would be a more proper term.

The OP is onto similar issues in another thread:

when i have too many carbs i bloat up and feel like shit. i hate it. no more. i turned to high fat and high protein and love it. always have energy and always feel great

i know for a fact its the carbs because when i over do it on refeed days, i turn back into a dick and just want to watch netflix all day

Spending a bunch of time nursing your way through a day on coffee and cigarettes then ending it with a sugar bomb isn’t a dietary strategy.

Speaking from direct experience, it’s a really shitty neglectful rationalization for bad habits that can potentially cost you your life.

just sayin
