Strange Facts (Marilyn Monroe Was a Freak)

Average number of times a man will ejaculate in his lifetime: 7,200

That number seems too low. For the average T-man it should be about 3x that number. Assuming the average T-man starts out at age 13 with the average lifetime of 75 years, that leaves 62 years of nut busting or (with leap years) 22,646 days. I’d say the average T-guy busts a nut at least once a day. Even if there are days missed because the wife/girlfriend/booty call is not there or you’re just too busy to even rub one out, there will be days of free time where your member will be as raw and chafed as the inner skin of Jerome Bettis’ thighs after a 40 yard run. So 22k nut busts seems easily attainable to me.

Ha! Now that’s funny.

Damn, this is one of the most entertaining threads I’ve read in a long time.

So, I’ve got my own little interesting piece of nothingness to add.

Try this:

Extend all of your fingers and thumb as if you were signifying the number 5. Now, try to bend (flex) your pinky finger without moving your ring finger at all.

Can you do it?

I’ve never seen anyone do it, but I’m sure there’s someone out there who can.

thats interesting, after a few attempts my right hand got it ,my left hand is left hopeless tho, i’ve given up hope

Easy for me, probably because of all the typing I do. With the left pinky, I have to cheat by pulling back a little, if you know what I mean. For a computer programmer, the right pinky gets a good workout - ;:'"{}=+?/ .

I can do it. Takes a little concentration, but I can do it. I can also do the vulcan salute and open doorknobs with my toes. I can also wiggle my little toe by itself. I have very talented digits.

I can’t even get close. If I use my other hand to hold my ring finger straight, I can’t bend my pinky at all.

Here’s one for you:
Blue Jays and Blue Birds are not really blue. Their seemingly blue feathers are the result of structural coloration caused by the physical alteration of incident light at the feather surface with no blue pigment involved.

Mythbusters also debunked the toothbrush being close to the toilet. As I remember, even the control toothbrush picked up about equal numbers of the E-Coli bacteria, which was very little. Still gross though.

I can totally nail that. I guess it’s time to take it on the road…

“Marilyn Monroe had six toes.”

I don’t believe it would still matter. Her looks would cover for it any day.

Fun reading though.

How and why would you compare length v time?

i believe their first flight was 120’… and that’s what it’s being compared to.

Got it. The sentence was just way too ambiguous. For me, “wingspan” = length. “longer than the wright brother’s first flight” = time.

It reminds me of when my teachers would tell us in elementary school “don’t forget your units!” and then give us a problem with apples and ask us to tell them why the answer wasn’t in tomatoes.

The length of (or ‘how long’) their flight was could mean either time or distance.

I think in the original sentence it was obvious that the length of the wingspan was being compared to the length of the flight.

From where the flight started to where it ended was less distance than the length of a 747’s wingspan.

Man, that’s eerie. I just posted that same statement!

Looks like someone’s been reading Carl Sagan’s “Billions and Billions.” Then again, I’m probably the only nerd who reads that junk.

Interesting factoid.

Damn, I’ve gotta do some computer programming in my free time. Maybe if I didn’t read the Off Topic threads I’d have the time.

Nope. Actually I learned that in my Ornithology class. I was also the Ornithology TA while in graduate school.
